2023 : D-dock Replacement - This project aimed to replace a deteriorating 685-foot wooden dock, identified as a high priority following Hurricane Ida damage, with a new, modern floating concrete and steel dock structure.

2022: Sunken Barge Removal - Project Manager for the high-priority removal of a 240-foot sunken pool barge. This project involved navigating a complex environment with competing stakeholder interests while ensuring environmental responsibility.

2020 : Boating Infrastruct Grant (BIG) - Marina del Ray was awarded a 1.5 million dollar Federal Grant to improve its infrastructure to accommodate greater diversity in its transient boater population.
